Is a credit card required to make and hold my appointment?
Yes, we require a credit card to make your appointment.
Do you have a membership or loyalty program?
Yes, we have 5 levels of membership Basic, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Please see our membership page for details.
Does the spa offer services for men?
Our spa and services are inclusive for all, and our experienced technicians are also trained in customizing our facials and other treatments for all types of skincare needs.
What kind of training does your staff have?
Our staff are professionally licensed in their field, with many extra hours of training in specialized services.
Do you offer a free consultation?
We offer complimentary skin consultations to help you find the right services and/or products for your skincare needs and goals.
Can I get treatment the same day as my initial consultation?
Yes, you can book a skincare consultation prior to a customized facial treatment.
What services should I book if I don’t know what I need?
We recommend contacting the spa by email or phone to speak to one of our highly knowledgeable staff, or booking a consultation to come in and have an esthetician look at your skin.
Do you have a medical director?
We do have a medical director. Desiree Wood, NP, ND has over 17 years of medical experience.
What is your appointment cancelation policy?
Please give the spa reception 24-hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid 100% of the treatment rate + 18% gratuity on the full price of the service billed to your credit card on file. Spa packages or parties of 3 or more require a 48-hour cancelation notice.
